1. Tiger Performance Products is Cyber Squatting our domain name using the term Helicopterhelmets.com to redirect our returning
customers to their web site. All Customers of Helicopter Helmet.com, Please be aware of this scam, and remember we do
not condone this tactic and would recommend that you avoid businesses that use shady pratices to direct customers to their
web sites.
Using a similar Domain Name and masking a redirect to another web site is known as Cyber Squatting and violates
ICANN rules and would suggest that any company using these tactics are less than reputable and should be avoided.
2. Tiger Performance Products has been advertising that they will meet or beat any price on MSA Gallet helmets.
Be aware
that the MSA Gallet helmet comes from MSA without any components and those components are installed by the dealer. MSA Gallet
does not control what the dealer puts in the helmet, and there are many cables, speakers and mics available on the market. The
only way to cut costs on a helmet is to install low grade components. If you purchased your helmet from Tiger Performance,
and have problems, please contact and file your complaint with Mr. Xavier Soubeyrand, Helmet Sales Manager for
