1. Match your head width with the chart. 2. Move to the right and match the head Length.
If your width is larger then try to match the next line. Then match your head length.
Some measurements will give you
two helmets, Try to match the helmet that comes closer to your head measurements. Remember the Alpha 400 only has
two sizes and may not be the right helmet for you. Call us if you have any questions.
